NAMI has been a huge part of my recovery. 7 months ago, I was in a very dark scary place. Attending a group with people that understand what I am going through without trying to explain it in 10 different ways was soo eye opening and I actually began to see that happiness is possible. I am even doing so well that I want to be able to help others that are in that dark place.
