This is about NAMI, CROSSROADS, PROJECT HOPE and every other agency that is suppose to be helping people, especially those battling mental illness. It is a JOKE! None are helping these homeless individuals with finding a home. It takes weeks just to have a case manager assigned, and in the mean time these people are walking the streets all day. WHY??? This organization is so supportive and kind. The staff and volunteers are dedicated and passionate about mental health. Love them!
I have tried every way to get in contact with them to get info on joining a group. I haven’t gotten any responses at all. I think with mental health especially it’s very important to be prompt about these things. This organization is meant to help people, and I am asking for help and they are not helping. Very disappointing.
