They didn’t give us a correct information that we wanted to get… We asked quote and got its information. After we used them , some trouble happened. We asked them about that trouble. Their answer was not totally professional! ‘I’m very new CEO. That’s why I couldn’t give you a correct quote’. ‘I’d like to give you some solution, but I can’t do anything. Like this… We had been very excited to use their company though, actually we were very disappointed with their customer service.
They did an excellent job doing 'move-out' cleaning at my mom's house this week! The stainless steel sink shined, the windows were crystal clear and they even cleaned the A/C filters in the window units. Would definitely recommend them!
Gotta say that as a retail store business manager who had worked with a few cleaning companies before, Nami cleaning is by far the best one. They are very professional and present an outstanding service, paying attention to every detail that makes completely difference. Have my recommendation with no doubt!
