My review is based solely on customer service. I love the concept of Nami. I just can't stand how much this place lacks in even basic customer service. No one ever Smiles or makes eye contact with you when you walk in and I really just hate being in a place where I'm uncomfortable because I feel unwanted.

It just doesn't get any better. The breakfast bagel is unbelievable and between this and Greens, it would be hard to eat anywhere else (if I was in Phoenix more...)

Im trying to get at them biscuits and gravy everyday though.
Delicious, amazing staff, thoughtful and caring owner. I highly recommend the chai latte with almond milk.
