The shaken short rib phô was damn delicious. I was stuffed up and it was a rainy blustery night. Perfect phô conditions, and Namese delivered. I left feeling great! Ask for Tan. He's a service rock star!

Good food, but terrible service and management. Messed up on to go orders on multiple occasions now. Given the wrong food or not my complete order several times and no apologies given. Last time I tried to eat there was a joke. No one even came to our table for 20 minutes. Seems like the owner has just let his bros take over and no one cares. Go to mopho or pho bistreaux instead because if this place is slightly busy they don't give a flying you know what about you.
We really enjoyed our experience and food. Stephanie brought out puffed rice chips and a dip as she forgot to tell us that the Cornish hen would take a while.We will absolutely be back
We ARRIVED at 9:05pm and they gave us a table the waiter arrived 20 minutes later and took our order. He made suggestions and everything. So we are waiting and waiting. Then the host asked us if we cashed out! We told them we never received any food!! The waiter comes back and says I'm sorry the kitchen is closed!!! Then he had the nerve to say he is new and only been on the job two weeks!! I would never go there ever again!!! Poor excuse for a restaurant!! This going on yelp as well!! So I know it won't get deleted!!
Hadn't been in a while and then went last night. Food was good (not excellent as i had remembered it) but I was very disappointed with the service. It felt like they didnt really care. One in our party ordered a drink that didnt get to the table until the entree (and we had an appetizer before that). When I asked at the bar, I was snapped at by the guy working behind the bar.
