I rented from them years ago and when I needed something done, it got done in a timely manner. After a year and a half of my daughter asking for someone to clean the pigeon feces off her unit and clean the eavestrough, it still hasn’t been done. Namerind says it’s up to Kodiak. Kodiak says to call Namerind. OH&S said to write Namerind and rentalsman. Disgusting how they represent their property.
I've been renting from Namerind for over 10 years and would recommend them to anyone. They truly care about their tenants and make a difference in people's lives.
I was a renter from here for 13 years sometimes late on my rent yes but I couldn’t help it , I had two children who are my priority! as I live there I noticed the master key was being used on my door with them entering in and out of my home digging through my stuff changing dates On very important information (organized group stalking ) myself is there any others out there like me ? worst property management/landlord ever! sneaky, letting in regina utility workers to put a lock on the water valve downstairs in my basement without letting anyone know it was there, and while i was in hairschool they deemed my unit "abandoned" and tried to evict me while i was paying my bills, groceries, and trying to go to school.
