I have been trying to get a bridge put in since April 7th 2021, I have been there May 24th, June 30, Aug 12th, Sept 14th, Sept 27th, Oct 27th, Nov 23rd and finally Dec 21st. I still do not have the bridge put in. I have to keep going back also because the temporaries on not holding together. 3 of those appointments, the doctor came in and numbed me and then decided that what the lab sent wasn't correct and they sent me on my way with a numb mouth. I highly recommend that if anyone has a medical condition they rethink seeking treatment and wasting their time and money at this dental office. I was suppose to get a tooth extraction and because the dentist doesn’t know how to handle epileptics he would not proceed with my treatment. Instead they referred me to a higher priced specialist telling me it wasn’t their fault and they couldn’t deal with me. Both the dental office and dentist made me feel horrible. If I could g iui ve them 0 stars I would! I've been to see them for 2 different teeth. Both of which were extract4d. The first visit the dentist lied to me and told me that he couldnt remove my tooth without placing something in its place such as a bridge and that it was illegal if he didnt replace it. So I agreed. Paid cash for my treatment and a little down towards the bridge. I never went back to get the bridge. Later I had to return to have another tooth extracted. I paid cash for that as well. you cant get a person to answer the phone.... you have to leave a message and someone will call you back two or three days later. I have made an appointment three times to get a tooth pulled and they have called the day of canceling. now I will admit once was for weather so that's fine but the last time a rude lady called and said "the doctor is out" to which I responded oh okay and I explained that this was the third time they canceled my appointment she then proceeded to sigh and said "maybe you can go to the ofallon locat... read more

I have called the after hours emergency line for over 24 hours and no one has called back. This so called dentist pulled 2 of my mothers teeth on Friday morning and diagnosed her with an infection. HE HAS YET TO IN ANY TYPE ANTIBIOTIC FOR HER! DO NOT VISIT THIS QUACK!

Good for cleanings, that is about it, I had a root canal that took 2 visits so I had a tooth with a hole in it. They put in a filling that kept falling out. Then when they finally completed it the they said there should be no pain and the medicine they gave me wasnt enough for the pain. Then they put in a filling on another tooth. Now any time I eat food on that side it hurts. And they said when we get the wisdom teeth out that should help take pressure off. Monday before July 1st was my apt. I asked if I should reschedule w... read more
