Nameless performance? More like poor performance. How long does it take to ship out an exhaust?? Been 25 days since the confirmation email, and when staff is emailed with questions of how much longer, they say about three days, and then three days go by and nothing happens. After several inaccurate estimations, I’m still waiting. How long does it take to do THE THING THAT YOU GET PAID TO DO? Best quality parts, great customer service!
I have a 2012 subaru impreza hatchback, and I had ordered a muffler delete axle back exhaust for my car from nameless. They where taking a bit longer than expected to get the exhaust shipped out because of the tax season but Jason at nameless was 100% keeping me up to speed with updates and shipping information the entire time before the exhaust got shipped. Ordered a strut tower bar for our Forester. Bar came in an undamaged box. However the only things in the box were the bar and my invoice, no mounting hardware. I called and left messages on two separate days and emailed their “sales” department twice and have yet to hear back. I had previously purchased two muffler sets and a strut tower bar for our ascent from them. I looked at the mounting nuts for the other bar and realized they were 10x1.25 style lug nuts.
