I rented space in July of 23, moved out in July of 23, had to pay a second month as they require advanced notice. Was told we would receive our deposit back within a week. This is now mid January of 2025 and despite several phone calls to their office, I have not received our deposit money yet. We also got a bounced check from them. We still have not received our deposit from Name Brand Storage. I will not do business with them or refer others to this company. Howard Johnson

Good value! I run a small business and have the need for extra storage space. Convenient location and secure. It's rare to get friendly professional customer service these days, but the Name Brand staff always delivers. Would recommend.
