We have tried contacting them for multiple days to no avail. We signed up for a program to get a free 6 months and on our statement it shows we do not owe until October of 2026. Our access code does not work and we are wrongfully locked out of our unit. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I rented space in July of 23, moved out in July of 23, had to pay a second month as they require advanced notice. Was told we would receive our deposit back within a week. This is now mid January of 2025 and despite several phone calls to their office, I have not received our deposit money yet. We also got a bounced check from them. We still have not received our deposit from Name Brand Storage. I will not do business with them or refer others to this company. Howard Johnson
