What a joke you guys are. Seriously didn't mention the offer to us but asked the guy behind us if he wanted to save $5 by checking in then asked if we can do it and you guys said "no sorry" why? Because we paid already????? Seriously it's called good customer service just honor it. I work in resale too and I would've gladly did a return and made a customer happy. With 2 people ahead of me and 3 people working, it shouldn't take an hour and a half for me to get rid of my 3 items. I think the red head girl with bangs let people cut me.
I really have a fun time purchasing in your store.. The gals are really friendly which is always nice. Prices are awesome.. So if i feel good about trading out and buying.. I find lots to buy..... good job.. Dobson and Southern..

Trying to sell clothes and having a waiting time of 1 and a half hours plus there were 4 people working. Then a kid walks in with shoes and they help him when my name had been waiting on the list. Crapy customer service.

We are a small business and do not usually have more than 2 people working at a time.
