A good store gone bad A few years ago, Name Brand Exchange was my apparel supplier of choice, I shopped there all of the time!! I don't exaggerate when I say 60% of my wardrobe came from that store. But, the last couple of years it has gone down hill. The prices and selection is not what it used to be and the workers are snobby. I never find anything I like and their sell/trade has gone down too. They are much much pickier and don't give you nearly as much money/credit as they used to.
Great Job buying!!! The staff does a great job buying there is a great selection of current styles at average resale prices. My only suggestion is concentrate a little more on customer service especially on customers that are just coming into shop and not sell.
Still Great Stuff NBE specialized in gently used clothing that is a lot cheaper than buying directly from the mall. They aren't as cheap as they used to be, but still high quality. You can get a pair of brand new lucky jeans in you size there for about $25. The mall provides those same jeans for $80. Sometimes they still even have the tags on them. check it out This store is the absolute best for finding cheap cute clothing and accessories. It seems everyone agrees the prices are the lowest, but gripe that they don't have a staff member following you around. I love that they let me look and don't bother me. I feel at home, after you know the routine they have places to hold your items while you shop (just like grabbing a cart.) Great Selection Overshadows Mediocre Customer Service Granted they're not the friendliest bunch in the biz, but those who do work at this Name Brand Exchange seem to do a really good job of buying cute, quality clothes. I rarely leave there with fewer than five items. It just depends on what's more important to you -- customer service that represents maybe 30 minutes of one day or cool clothes you can wear all year long.
Name Brand Exchange tops other resale shops fun clothes. jewelry. staff. i used to work for a resale shop and know first hand how how hard it is to please sellers & buyers. sellers who think their stinky clothes that have been balled up in boxes in their garage for 5 yrs are still worth what they paid for them. or people who pay 300 dollars for their designer jeans and expect to get the same back. it doesnt work like that. it's RESALE. and then on the other hand buyers/shoppers expect to get these 300 dollar jeans for under ... read more

Employees are always rude especially the dark haired guy. They never buy your clothes so don’t bother. The merchandise is always outdated and the store is messy.
i brought in clothes that i purchased there, the girl at the counter said they couldn't buy any of them because they were too "mature" and they wouldn't even see those kind of clothes...ummmm, lol....i bought them there....a few days later i had my gf's daughter bring the same clothes in and they bought them all....pretentious, rude and uncool.
