How do you contact them, called and don't hear back. One of they properties had a tree lose its branches and damage my shed in my property. I really need them to contact me. If left messege, call me.
More of the same from every other comment. They bought the mall in Bangor, ME and do NOTHING to maintain it. This is a horrible company.
They own Forte Property aka Mercedes 11 Realty at Mercedes House on West 53-54th. They failed to return our security deposit within the 14 day period by law. It’s been 39 days and counting. No response from client relations email. If you are considering renting there then just go to the better managed apartments run by 2Trees. At least there are people you can talk to. Plus almost all appliances broke despite trying to sell as a luxury apartment for more than market.
They own the mall in my area. It has sinkholes around the parking lot. Half of the parking lot is closed off and has been since December. The area where Sears used to be has mold and other issues. Only 2 food areas to eat. Its sad. They dont care. There should be a zero star. I would give that if they had it.
