They own the mall in my area. It has sinkholes around the parking lot. Half of the parking lot is closed off and has been since December. The area where Sears used to be has mold and other issues. Only 2 food areas to eat. Its sad. They dont care. There should be a zero star. I would give that if they had it.
This company owns Genesee Valley Center, they have not kept up on maintenance and raised the rents so my favorite store and most stores are gone and we lost 3 anchor tentants. It has been so sad and I miss this shopping mall. It was my favorite place and always had people and laughter and kid areas and the best food court before they bought the mall. Too bad I can’t give them a zero. Namdar Realty Group purchased the Mills Mall in Frazier Twp. near Pittsburgh for pennies on the dollar and it has since become a dangerous terrain of enormous damaging potholes with a surrounding landscape of years of garbage and litter.
They own Crystal Mall in Waterford CT, which is obviously shutting down since places inside keep closing. The mall has leaks and other issues, and for some reason the owners just sit there collecting money instead of working on repairing the damn mall. Lower the rent then so others can move in. DON'T just let it go! Or sell it to someone with more money who wants to keep the mall running!!! We don't have much to do in this County, and the mall was booming for a long time here, since the 80's. It's also the only mall left in ... read more
