We read the positive reviews and chose NAMCO, so felt it was important to share our 6-month nightmare of an experience to help inform people’s decision. We personally would not recommend this company based off the experience detailed below. NOTE: they hire contractors to do the work so experiences may vary based on who is assigned the work. We had water damage where parts of wall, cabinet, door frames, and floor had to come out in our laundry room and kitchen. This review is for the San Antonio Namco office. My experience with Namco has Been nothing but excellent. All staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and great to be around. All questions were answered directly and accurately. Should the need arise I know who I and calling. Namco hands down.
Namco was so helpful with everything! They constantly stayed in communication with my wife and I. Very grateful for all they did for us.
Frank, Vanessa and the whole Namco team did an amazing job in their coordination efforts and in replacing the tile in our master bathroom. They also did some drywall repair due to a leak we had sprung in our master bathroom. The team was knowledgeable and punctual. Highly Recommend them!!!
