I can’t believe it took me this long to find the hot Pilates class at Namaste North. I’ve been doing Pilates for almost 3 years now, and as much as I love the reformer, it can definitely get a little repetitive, now these class completely spiced things up for me. UPDATE (2026) - I felt it was about time to update my review. I found myself coming to Namaste North for years mostly during the winters, as my work schedule is a lot more flexible. This year, I've committed to myself to stay through the Summer and make my membership count. That is due to so many factors, but mostly all thanks to Namaste North and everyone there.
