Im always in shock when anyone hasn't heard about Namaste ! Seriously its a vibe! If your looking for a hard-core workout and then ❤️. These trainers speak to my soul, with words of encouragement ,power and genuine kindness ( something we all need) So if your haven't come in yet. I’ve been coming to the studio since COVID. I love the ambiance and teachers are friendly. I especially love Shannon’s class, very dedicated teacher who enjoys teaching. I am always energized-music is great!
The best yoga and pilates studio! Everyone at Namaste North is kind, welcoming, and truly care about their clients. One of my favourite parts of being a member at Namaste North is the feeling of being apart of such a happy space in a supportive community. I highly recommend any of their classes, but Hot HIIT Pilates with weights is my favourite!
I absolutely love Namaste North. The staff are incredibly welcoming and the studio truly feels like a judgment-free zone. Every instructor brings such positive energy, and I really appreciate the variety of teaching styles. It keeps the classes interesting and motivating. The schedule is fantastic.
