My partner and I went in for a pamper package. Started off with a feet soak, then a mint infused foot and leg scrub; I loved this part especially because most places go a bit too harsh on the feet and Nicole did a fantastic job with great pressure but not “digging in”. We finished off with an hour body massage, my partner loved that Bo would focus on areas with muscles tension. Nicole did a fantastic job overall! We will be back:)
I got my first massage there today! Had no idea what to expect, also most masseuse are woman, and I had a male, Bo. He was extremely professional and it was so relaxing I work 6 days a week and am always under the extreme pressure, and stress from being in a high volume business! I left and was so relaxed, he asked about pressure, and had the massage table heated, and made my first experience perfect! 10 out of 10 would recommend! The ladies who run the spa are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with facial questions. ... read more
Namaste is hands down the best massage I’ve received since moving to the Salem-Keizer area 6 years ago. Cori delivered the most targeted, life giving touch to my upper back and shoulder, where I unfortunately hold most of my tension - which results in a lot of knots and pain. I walked away feeling new and refreshed, and can’t wait to find time for my next session.
I had an intuitive and unique experience with Kori. She tailored my massage to me and my needs and the results are wonderful! A truly relaxing and healing session. No regrets.
I’ve worked with three people there now over the last few years and they’ve all been amazing! Lately it’s been Nicole and Bo. Helpful for general relaxation and for acute situations. Love them!
