The way this business operates is absolutely unacceptable. Let me explain what happened. We were in town for the weekend and decided to get some Indian food. We called to check their hours, and they said they were open until 9 PM. We asked for directions, and they told us the restaurant was inside “The Edge.” Trusting their information, we drove 20 minutes to get there. Michelle, owner of Namaste, catered an entire weekend retreat for me. She did an amazing job! The food was wonderful, the presentation was beautiful, & her presence was a welcome addition to the group! If you're looking for healthy food that tastes delicious, you definitely want to eat here.

Perfect high quality food truck for the Fredericksburg scene. Food is incredible, fresh and satisfying and made with love from beginning to end. Not only is it beautiful it’s food you can feel good about eating, with gluten free and vegetarian options, as well as about the best burger you can buy anywhere. Vegetarian and Vegan food truck. Order at The Edge and food from Namaste Chill and Grill is delivered to your table. Great views. The edge has wine tasting for $29 per person (optional) and 3 food trucks(Good eats - American , but includes hummus; Namaste - vegetarian and Vegan; Pizza Cave) for food. We met Michelle, she's dedicated to making excellent vegetarian and vegan food.
