Jada gave Great customer service & complete details of the process to rent unit 31. Thank you Namaste apts for the nice unit.
Management has recently (7/31/25) been COMPLETELY replaced. Management will not return your calls. They will tow your car immediately without notice after management gave false and misleading information.
I just called to find out Info of Apartment rent. They were nice on the phone and gave great information.
Ever since new management came in they don't answer the phones, put multiple work orders in about the tub and my sons closet door and neither have been gotten to, lady even came in with a clipboard to write down things that needed to be done but never once sent out an email, called or anything about these work orders, they told us a year ago they were working on getting gates put up but the supplies stays by the dumpsters untouched, multiple homeless in and out of here, hot tub never works, oh and the roaches...if u are look... read more
