I visited this yoga studio for the Inner Engineering program hosted by Isha Foundation. The studio is well-designed and has a lot of facilities and props. I like the aesthetics too.
Very grateful for this amazing studio and instructors. I have been a member for about 8 months and am so pleased with my decision to drop in for a class. I have tried (and failed) to start a yoga practice multiple times in my life and i attribute the success of my current practice to the combination of passionate, knowledgeable instructors and the overall quality of the Namastday studio. I've been to this studio about 6 times now and am super happy about having made such a great discovery. I've taken 4 different teachers and would be happy going back to all of them. The studio is very clean, spacious, and there's very nice natural light. They also have filtered water, complimentary tea, and lockers. There are also (very clean)mats for use (no rental fee), which is great if, like me, you don't want to lug your own mat around. I highly recommend Namastday!
