I had a bodywork session with Kirt today that was profoundly healing, on the physical, spiritual, and energetic levels. I've never experienced anything quite like this and am in awe at how much energy he was able to move in my body. I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking healing.
My second visit, and it did not disappoint. Katy found all my trigger spots, and worked around some injured areas, with a wonderful manner and technique. I left feeling much better than when I'd arrived. Namasaje is the best bodywork/massage I've had in the Treasure Valley.
