I was misdiagnosed without any blood work and prescribed medication on that basis. Later, when I did get my blood work done (without taking any medication), everything came back normal. The entire appointment felt rushed, with Dr. Smriti jumping to conclusions and trying to diagnose me with something instead of taking the time to identify the root cause. Please avoid going to her. I was fooled by the good reviews here but please note that they are all several years old. My initial visit to this office last year was decent but it has been bad experience after bad experience ever since then. * Really inconsistent care. I do not recommend using this facility as my main OBGYN. Can’t get hold of the front desk and seems like they don’t really care… I chose different Dr. who is much more caring and responsive.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got turned away the day of our appointment. We were told that we could pay out of pocket when we made the appointment and when we got there we were told we could not. It’s completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
