RecommendedDr. Adam Nally is a lovely man. He took a lot of time to discuss all my health concerns and successes, and made sure my questions were answered. The entire staff was great. This was my first visit and they treated me like a friend that they were happy to see. Amazing experience.
We called the office today to make appointments as new patients -- 2 people. The receptionist who may be overworked (had me on hold twice), appears to be responsible for making appointments, checking people in an out, etc., and would not proceed to make an appointment without having my husband's social security number. I told her we do not give that over the phone but would be happy to provide once we came into the office and that it is not legally required. Although I have not met Dr. Nally before, I personally have seen P.A. Brad Hall to help me along my with my Diet needs when my doctor told me he was not aware or a supporter of the Ketogenic diet. Brads been really helpful in tracking my health concerns, and I look forward to the next office visit with them! As a bonus, I honestly have to say that this practice has a has a exceptionally well ran front office, they have always been courteous and responsive to my needs - and that is VERY hard to find in a practice....
