Everyone at Nalley Volkswagen is always so friendly and professional. I want to give 5 stars to Dee who was my service rep for my oil change and check-up. She made everything for me pleasant and convenient with outstanding services.

I had 7 am appt for oil change and it is now 1110 and not done. There should be no backup with a 7 am appointment. More than 4 hrs is too long!! Don’t come here unless you have at least half a day to give up

I have always had great experience at this dealership until this time. We have 3 VWs that we always service there and we always had great people helping us except dealing with a new guy Peter. He was unprofessional and unreliable with his answers that I decided not to get the car serviced there. I will still go there because of the long relationship we had with the dealership and I am sure the treatment will be as friendly and professional as before. I will not go in details

I dropped my car before leaving on vacation, indicated when I would be back and they said it would be ready then. I was gone for 13 days and the car was not ready upon my return as they had promised it would be. It was at their suggestion that I have the maintenance addressed while I was away because they do not have loaner vehicles at all, which is also inconvenient. It is an EV and all they needed to do was plug it in to fix some recalls.
