My actual appointment went smoothly, but my car was returned with a non-working headlight, the same issue I had specifically requested and paid to have fixed. Immediately after discovering this, I left multiple messages for the service consultant I worked with, but never received a call back or any follow-up. Extremely disappointing experience.
I made an appointment for service because the clock spring needed to be replaced and I was having A/C issues. Arrived for my appointment and the person I spoke with was immediately dismissive. He told me to reschedule if I can't leave my car for several days. They said it most likely wouldn't be a same day fix and they have to run diagnostics and potentially order parts.
