I had a brake repair, and a couple factory recalls for the car's software. The service on all sides was very professional and efficient. Most importantly, the pricing was great and thoroughly broken down as to what i was paying for. Highly recommend bringing your VW to Nalley ! 10/10
I took my car into be serviced. I wanted information after the diagnosis to then authorize work to be done. When I got the call I said I would pick my car up the next day and only do the diagnosis. The next day when I went to pick up the car they had done the work and billed me for it. Clearly miscommunication on their part. I paid a reduced bill for their mistake and will not be returning. Beware of what you sign and what you say face to face.
I’ve been coming here for the past four years. I have my car regularly maintenance and I can’t say enough good things about their service center.
