I recently had given this place a 1 star review, but since then, Shawn and the crew here have done nothing but impressed me with their service. They are constantly trying to match prices, and do the best they can, they are very responsive, and have helped us as our Atlas approaches 100k miles. Previous we had an issues with another car, a Tiguan, that had massive engine failure, but since those disagreements, we really have been very impressed with their level of service, they speediness, and their prices.
Wonderful experience and outstanding customer service. Specifically, Nelo, was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help us retrieve our car after normal service hours. That made a huge difference for us and our family.
Service staff was very helpful during my visit
I’ve been to 3 different VW dealerships now for routine maintenance. Nalley has been the best so far and will most likely be my go-to from now on. The car wash was a nice surprise.
