Extremely slow in service dept: I take an appointment and it does absolutely nothing. They move super slow and get ready to be here 2 hours for a simple oil change.
My experience there was a little annoying my friend was one of the first people to be there because she was having her car the man who came to wait on us was not friendly no smiles no good morning just Dry well that was one of those days for him
I'm giving this 5 Star rating only because of Luis. He is a TRUE Professional. I was so disappointed to find out that Raphael is no longer there....what!!!??. He is the reason I even go to this dealership. Hope they realize the BIG LOSS that represents. Will see where I go from here.
