I think that they sell damaged vehicles because I was sold a damaged vehicle because the sales customer knew it was damaged when he sold it to me it rain's in the car I went to pick up my grandson and we both got soak and wet I call to speak to a manger and he told me to bring the car back and they would work something out with me and when I got there they had me waiting for almost 2 hrs and came back and told me I would need a co signer after him coming out to smell the mildew inside the car and I told them I was a diabetic... read more

I made an appointment for 1:20 pm on Monday. It was 2:20 pm by the time I got up to the desks in the bay area. I was told that my car would be evaluated since the engine and trac off lights were on! I was told initially that it was probably a sensor. I hadnt heard anything by 5 pm, so I asked another employee to check on it for me after I left my number for someone to call me back! Horrible dealership won't honor contracts and the online sale called click lane **** salesman ***** informed me that even though I was alrdy approved for the sale from my bank and I had signed my end of the contract electronically, Even had insurance for it .That since it was a 0 down deal and that I didn't put a deposit down that quote "cash is cash" that if someone came in that they would sell it and not hold it for 1 day as the dealership is almost 400 miles away I got told the same thing from a gentleman claiming to be m... read more

I purchased a used Audi A3 plus warranty. I had it for 4 days and the car broke down and was not drivable. I had it towed to Toyota where I purchased the card. They told me my warranty started 30 days after purchase date and they cannot do anything to the car until the warranty kick it. Come to find out the warranty kick it the day of the day of the purchase. After 30 days, Toyota still could not figure out what is wrong with the car. I purchased my car in May of 2023 and traveled back to my home state of ***********. My temprary registration expired on 6/23/23. Despite severalphone calls and multipe emails, Nalley has not, as of today, provided me any proof that my title has been sent to the to the ***********. CT DMV told me to as for a a copy of the bill of sale and a copy of the tracking number for the package with my title in it. I left a review on the Nalley Toyota site but it has since been deleted. I purchased a 2022 Toyota Corolla back in July of 2021. It took me 6 months to realize that the finance department charged me for an item that I did not request nor have to buy in order to purchase the car. This has increased my monthly statements and when I contacted Nalley Toyota all they could offer me was a tank of gas. I strongly believe that I was taken advantage of, being young and purchasing a car for the first time.

I took my Venza for oil change and waited more than two hours for oil change with appointment. After taking Venza back home parked in garage. Weeks later on Feb 28, 2021. I moved vehicle out and saw oil dropped on floor then took jack and jacked it up and found out oil drain plug was not tie able to move by finger. This Nalley Toyota Union City was not cooperate. Toyota of Union City is a joke! A circus! Steven ****** Vick *****, and am entire unprofessional and incompetent staff. I had an oil change and the next day, every drop of oil leaked on to my garage floor. I got it towed back to them for them to fix the mess that they made (I later found out by one of their mechanics that the job was rushed and not double checked) and got confirmation over the phone, from a service advisor that my vehicle arrived and had been checked in to go into the shop. Unfortunately zero stars wasn't an option. They lied multiple times and sold me a "new" truck that I found out was WRECKED!!! Unbelievable!!! Over the last 30 years I have purchased 23 new vehicles from Honda, Ford, and Chevrolet. Unfortunately, this last purchase from Union City Toyota was, BY FAR, the worst experience of purchasing a new vehicle in my life!
