Got the used car I wanted! But honestly far from my favorite purchasing experience. Finance manager wanted to upsell me to the gills (naturally) - but once the deal was finalized and I had the car, I received zero post-sales support. Needed assistance proving ownership of the vehicle I just bought in order to activate Bluelink, but was not only dismissed by this store as well as their sister Hyundai next door, my emails to the salesperson were literally blocked. Jae Smith was amazing! I came in looking to purchase a cash car after my previous vehicle was totaled the week prior. She was able to find the certain make of the vehicle I wanted and was able to negotiate to get it within my price range. She was very personable and professional and understood what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. Quick and thorough buying process! So glad Jae was able to put an end to a daunting car shopping experience from other dealerships. Very happy with my purchase!
I had a great experience at Stonecrest Toyota. Chelsea was very patient with me as I was conflicted between two cars. I loved how Teika came out to assist as she was the one doing the numbers. Both were very personable and I appreciated it. It was clean inside and most of the other staff were friendly as well!
Noel had phenomenal service. I usually take my car 30 mins away but had a wonderful experience this time. I was in need of a quick turn around for business purposes and could not be more pleased. Thank you Noel.
