I thought my car buying experience was nice but months later I’m regretting my decision. They made it seem like I would be able to refinance my car after putting down a certain amount and now I’m stuck with a car note that I never wanted!!
I made an appointment however my service technician wasn't available. The other technicians were busy or leaving. Noel (in training) not only helped me but he made sure my vehicle got express service! Thanks Noel for your excellent customer service!
I’m a skeptic and anyways think cars salesmen are out to get something. Boy did Tie change my mind! One of the most genuine people I have ever met. From the moment we met it wasn’t about upsales or being pushy. He wanted to make sure I had the right car for my family. He never pushed. He asked and listened. I cannot recommend him enough.
