Jimmy was amazing! I had a flat tire, he took me right in and got a repair done within minutes! Wow, what service!
Totally useless experience again (but for the last time). They were so overbooked that, even with an appointment, it took me nearly 40 mins just to get checked in. Worse than that, there was no concern for my concern; the attendant was most concerned with their closing time, which he expressed multiple times. I drove a few miles to a tire dealership to make an appointment for the next day with them. Hearing my concern they encouraged me to let them inspect the vehicle (free of charge, mind you).
