We came to get my sister her first car and Carter and Mr. Kim were both very helpful! Carter did a great job explaining everything and answered all of our questions in a detailed and easy to understand way. He was very patient, efficient, and even understood some Spanish. Took my Nissan Z Nismo to get an oil change yesterday, I waited for it in the waiting area. While in there, I heard the guys continuously revving the engine! What should have taken 20 min for an oil change, with an appointment, took an hour and 15 min. I won’t be bringing my Nissan back to this dealership! If I can’t bring my sports car to get a regular oil change without my engine being mistreated I’ll take my business elsewhere.
