Great price and amazing service.
Ordered part when part arrived it was wrong and it had been damaged in shipping. Tried to contact nalley Isuzu from time I got it to inform them how box was crushed and how to return it It has been 4days and have not received instructions in how to return part and damaged box. It would be helpful to be able to talk to someone when you call them I have called no less then 10 times and left message with return number. Still no reply from Nalley and waiting for return instructions
I was told website tracking and an email update would be sent. After days of no change to tracking, I received the part and 6 hours later I get an email the part has finally shipped. So you will get your part just don't know when.
