The service associate was great!!!
The team took care of my issue & even tried to work with my insurance. My only issue was that I asked for something on my seat to be fixed while they had it for 2 weeks but it was forgotten. In addition, I asked for my car to be detailed (not unreasonable with the amount I was spending). It was not done. Vacuumed a little but there are grease-stained prints all over the back of my white leather seats.
Had 20,000 mile maintenance. Excellent job.
