I brought a 2004 G35 (given from my father to my son) on 7/14 to address two acute issues- an intermittent loss of dashboard illumination, and a continuously flashing air bag light. We picked it up on 8/1, and both issues were apparently fixed. Unfortunately, the air bag light started flashing again on the next day. We brought it back on 8/4, and we were told that some computer codes had to be cleared and that the staff saw no flashing lights after driving it for 20 miles. I walked in here with an appointment I made only an hour or two before and met Sam Stroud in the service bay. Sam was very upbeat and made the whole process very easy.
