I bought my Acura at Nalley Acura and have it serviced here as well. Customer service is great and staff is friendly. There's a waiting room where customers getting their car serviced can log in to work, or just relax and enjoy snacks and coffee watching TV. They are prompt in sending/status updates by phone.
It was the best I've had in a long time.
