Don’t waste your time here. I had a 9:40am appointment for an oil change and showed up on time. Two hours later, they still hadn’t even started my car. When I finally asked for a status, I was told it’d be another two hours because they were “backed up.” Meanwhile, I literally watched other cars that arrived after me getting worked on first.
