This is a STRAIGHT UP pub. I've only ever seen it packed from wall to wall. John Nallen probably talks to thousands of people every night, and he makes everyone feel like they are his own family. I've always been the designated driver, so I can't speak for the alcohol, but everyone seems to want to return again and again, so.....there ya go. Most welcoming pub? No doubt.
My home if not away from home. Always been treated like family. Great pint at a fair price. Great location. Lots of fun.
