Another instance where she was completely insenstivie to the emotional needs of the child and completely disrespectful to the parents. She chooses not read the messages or communications provided to her ahead time and she doesn't care a bit about the emotional well being of your child. She set my son's progress back two years by traumitizing him in our visit and not allow a private discussion without the child present.
Dr Naliini has no people skills and no abilities to deal with small children. She diagnosed our child within 5 minutes of meeting her and delivered the worse possible outcome. There was no need to be so blunt in front of a 5 year old. Now our daughter is crying herself to sleep asking what is wrong with her. We should've been give an option to talk to the Dr without the child present. We walked away without a plan of action or hope. Does that sound like a caring doctor to you?
She was thorough and explained items clearly. It really appeared that she cared about the well being of my child and I knew we were in good hands. We left feeling we were absolutely on the right path with the right person in regards to treatment. Absolutely recommend her.
She hasn't been fooling up with care, and ignoring patient messages.
Dr. Chandra herself is excellent but her office staff is sometimes very frustrating – you can't get them on the phone, they don't respond to refill requests or emails, they don't pass messages on to Dr. Chandra. I would give her 5 stars by herself, 1 for the MHO system and the bureaucracy she's stuck inside of, so I guess that averages out to a 2 or 3. Since the nurses are so nice, I'll err on the side of 3...
