We took our son for an allergic reaction to his office. Later we got a bill for nearly $1000. They ripped us off by charging high level medical codes on billing and wouldn't budge even after we pleaded to lower the costs.
Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable. He literally cares about his patients from his heart. He shares information with you, makes you aware of the problem and gives you a solution. We drive almost an hour to see him but he is very worth it. Will not just do something for money only if needed for the patient which these days is very hard to find. Thank you Dr. Patel.
I first went to Dr. Patel after my 20 month old suffered an ear infection for 2-3 months thats just wouldn't clear. Dr. Patel was very caring and explained to me all the details of an ear infection. After suffering 2 more after that back to back he decided that it was best to have tubes placed and maybe remove his adenoids if necessary. I absolutely ?? appreciate the work he has done for my sibling. He was able to get down to the root of his hearing loss after he 1st was diagnosed with hearing impairment. It was a huge awakening and very comforting knowing what caused his hearing loss. One of the very best ENT we have ever come across-the-board. Truly deserving of a medical Grammy/Oscar/Tony award ?? ??. Thank you is just not enough to express how much we appreciate his medical expertise. We miss his care and wished he could treat past 18 years old.
He’s a Great doctor
Dr. Patel was SO good and understanding with me and our little baby girl when we found out she had a tongue and lip tie. I was so nervous about doing any kind of procedure with her being so young but he was perfect in easing my fears and allowing me plenty of time to ask lots of questions, I never felt rushed or pressured at all, and I couldn't stay in the room to watch it so he told me where the bathroom was and before I was even done washing my hands he was already done and she was back asleep
Dr. Patel is very informative, and takes time to teach. He figured out our sons problem and how to correct it naturally without meds like the pediatrician thought he needed.
Dr. Patel is awesome. My daughter had a tongue and severe lip tie. I didn't know what to expect as a first time mom. He took the time to explain everything to us, with statistics for success and infection, even when I didn't know what to ask. I felt very comfortable with allowing him to fix the ties the same day. He did it very quickly and my daughter only cried for about 2 minutes afterward. At the 2 week check up, her lip and tongue were both healed perfectly. I'm very happy with the results.
Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable, informative and takes his time explaining everything. My children love Dr Patel. He truly cares for his patients and what they have going on. We have been with Dr Patel at least 10 years. I'm not very happy with his staff in his Wesley Chapel office. The staff in the Tampa office is a lot more helpful and friendly.
