Horrible insurance company. They're leaving the federal employee health benefit program, and thank God for that.
They cancelled my insurance and nobody I talk with has any idea why. I’ve been trying to get it back for 4 months with no success.

I've been an NALC High Option member, both as a Federal employee and now in retirement, for 20 years. Many times I've referred to their coverage as "heaven". But... they have a new president, Stephanie Stewart, and I can see the tell-tale signs that she may be penny wise and pound foolish. She's switched us from a durable plastic membership card to a paper card – to save what – a penny? Do NOT recommend. Not understanding why the premium is expensive and they do not cover anything on the value plan! The HRA is a joke. Customer service is a joke.
