Horrendous customer service. It's so hard to get a human to talk to you, and the robot will hang up on you at any moment. And the human I did talk to after 4 calls was argumentative and rude. I genuinely don't understand how a company can get away with treating its customers this way.
trash my prescriptions went up from 50 every 3 months to 350 and I on top of that I pay about 5k a year to have this trash service
Horrible insurance company. They're leaving the federal employee health benefit program, and thank God for that.
They cancelled my insurance and nobody I talk with has any idea why. I’ve been trying to get it back for 4 months with no success.
