Dr. Nalbach has been my dentist since the 80's. He is kind, careful and an extremely competent dentist. I no longer live in that area but return as needed for cleanings and care. I won't look for a new dentist in my area till he retires.
Worst dentist ever! He doesn't even check your teeth for the annual checkup. He just tells his staff to take an x-ray and that's it. No follow-up, no consultation and no visual (in-person) evaluation. Smells like a fraudster that just collects insurance payments for services he didn't perform! The hygienist, although nice, didn't do her job correctly because the doctor was nowhere in sight. I had a fractured tooth and he failed to spot it. Robert has been my dentist for over 15 years. He really knows what he is doing and is very trustworthy. I will never need another dentist..I can scratch that off my list of things to do for the rest of my life! This office makes going to see the dentist fun!
I want to take a second and tell a quick story about DR Nalbach. I'm an active duty soldier based out of Ft. Polk, Louisiana. I have been waiting on a crown for my front tooth to come in. My wife and I had to unexpectedly leave to Monrovia for an illness in her family. The temporary crown had finally fell out while I was here. After Concordia Dental Insurance told me that getting the temp put back on wouldnt be covered, I called multiple dentists in the area to gauge the costs.
