Dr Rao, A very professional person, took care of my moms foot problems, he explained and guided mom to steps and how to get her feeling better. Great Doctor
I have had the worst experience with this office. if there was a negative star I would choose that. The staff is non responsive and seems that they do not care about the patient. Had to wait 7 days to get a call back from Doctor about my test results. They scheduled an MRA for me and failed to schedule at the correct time since my test needed a doctor to review while i was being tested. Had to wait at the hospital 3 hours until doctor showed up. They said that whoever scheduled the test did not schedule at the correct time. ... read more

This is only about the lab / bloodwork experience. Because someone at the day of the birth messed up the bloodwork, we were asked to go to the hospital after 2 weeks of birth. Arrived at 11am which was the appointment time, we had to wait 45 min because they cannot accept prescriptions on the phone? Then I sent the prescription by email to 3 different addresses which has taken for them 10-15 to receive it before they printed it out. But the paperwork has not finished!
