I just called to ensure that my faxes were being received and I was met with the rudest receptionist, Kim, that I have ever encountered. She made me repeat almost everything I said. When she could sense my patience was wearing thin, she then proceeded to scold me and talk over me. She went so far as to call me out of my name. This is unacceptable!
