I go to Nakoma Club very regularly—almost every day and on weekends—with my family and sometimes with friends, and I’m honestly never disappointed. The atmosphere is always welcoming, comfortable, and positive, which keeps us coming back. One thing I really appreciate is the staff. I often see Vanshu at nights, and she always has a smile on her face and a very warm, friendly attitude. It genuinely makes the experience better. Extremely well-run and professionally managed. The staff truly make all the difference—knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I forgot and left my item behind. Call them and the amazing staff was so quick to find it and kept it for me to pick up the next day. Love this place!
The facility itself is nice but the experience was made very uncomfortable due to how we were treated by the management. My friends and I were using it respectfully just playing ping pong, and badminton with no mess or noise issues. When a manager first approached us, I explained that I am a resident and that one of my friends with me is also a resident, but I did not have my fob with me at the time because my friend had already brought his, so I confirmed my address with her.
