Wine selection is ok but if you do the math you don't save money!Your better off purchasing your wine from a good local store!!! After numerous emails back and forth after I told them not to they still refunded close to $100 to a credit card I no longer use. The CC company wouldn't issue me a refund so I'm basically out of $! Lady I emailed back and forth was just clueless!!! Bad experience will definitely never purchase from them again!
Haven’t even got the wine yet and will never buy again. I will not do business with any vendor that requires a signature for delivery.
I was thrilled with this selection of wine, and I was so excited to make my first order. However, their poor customer service has total disregard for their customers. I never get the chance to try the high-quality wines I ordered. They partnered with FEDEX and a signature was required for the delivery. I emailed nakedwides and called over 10 times FedEx to leave instructions for the driver to give me a call upon arrival. Also, I tried to have them held for pick-up.
