Booked on a whim today and man am I glad that I did. I got my eyebrows done and my top lip waxed. She was very thorough and the wax was so gentle on my skin. I was barely red after which was so surprising since I do have really sensitive skin. 10/10 recommend.

Alicia is Amazing!! She is a true professional and her work is EXCELLENT!! I first went to the Redwood City location and then moved to the East Bay so glad they have a second location so close to me!! But she's so good I would have still driven to RWC to get my maintenance waxing done. She also does facials!! Easy online scheduling, long list of available services and tap/apple pay.
