Gorgeous and immaculately clean studio with a variety of classes, childcare and recently added massage therapy. Owner and staff welcoming and helpful.

Talk about a gorgeous studio space! I was floored when I saw the studio. It was clean spacious and great acoustics. I’ve never used the Balanced Body Allegro reformer but it has now become my favorite. The classes are small enough for the instructor to give attention to every student but big enough where you should feel comfortable. Marvelous studio and merchandise. Very well put together!
I'm so grateful for Naked Mind. The studio offers several types of yoga and pilates classes at various skill levels, and the talented instructors allow you to easily progress and sharpen your skillset at your own pace. I love starting my day with reformer pilates or grabbing a noon class and being back at my desk in minutes, and they offer childcare if I need to head in after work.
