To Troy as a fellow tattoo studio owner I am glad you reviewed Max's shop in an honest way as you have stated your wife placed a deposit down to hold your wife's scheduled appt as your wife cancelled her appt last minute they took her deposit away. For the over the last 20 years since I have been in the industry the term deposit means to hold a spot for you in good faith that you will show up.
