Fantastic staff.
My family and I have been patients here since this clinc opened. We followed Dr. Trhin. Here. He ended up moving away some time ago. We decided to stay and saw a few Dr's until Dr. Nguyen came and we have been seeing him ever since. He's really nice and caring with his patients. When I lost my daughter at UCSF the next day he must of got a notice being her Pcp. He called me express his condolences. I thought that was very heartfelt. His staff is very delightful. I’m not sure why this clinic has so many negative reviews, I’ve had my primary care here for a couple of years and had a positive experience. The front desk staff, doctors, and nurses are all friendly and the appointments are always efficient.
Terrible at telling you what you’ll actually owe out of pocket. They ordered extra tests without explaining the costs, which just made my bill even higher. Feels really unprofessional and honestly kind of like a scam.
