dropped in to get a bodywork estimate, old man came out rather not to helpful, gave me a ball park figure for repair, I asked for something in writing, refused, I would recommend going to a more customer friendly shop. old man not to good. would never go back there for anything
I stopped by to try and get an estimate!! The Old man at the shop was super Nasty & Rude. I wouldn’t give you my business ever. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I wish I could give this business zero stars !!!
We were referred to this place. Staff fixed the dent on our car for free and they are truly down to earth. Would recommend without a doubt.
I was visiting honolulu using a rental car. There was a fender bender on my way to the airport to leave HI. I called because I was told that autobody companies do not provide free estimates for work. This is not the norm in the contiguous US. I wanted to make sure I wasn't "being taken for a ride." The employee on the phone was so kind. They explained that most shops charge a fee for estimates on the island because there aren't as many shops and the estimates take away time from working on vehicles.
