Terrible, terrible, terrible at Property Management. They don’t enforce standards, they ignore emails and phone calls. They allow gaming rooms to be run on their properties, allow chronics to set up camp. We pay over $400 a month for HOA fees to have our common areas not to be taken care of and the roads to be hazardous.
Primrose is probably a great Realtor but she is a terrible Property Manager. She does not communicate well with the homeowners and constantly puts our associations needs on the back burner. Nothing gets done!!
