The return policy is absurd. NO returns?! And exchange or “repair” only within 14 days of purchase with receipt? They clearly do not stand behind the quality of their product (and I can see why… clasps feel like cheap plastic)

I loved this little jewelry shop. It was a fun and charming place to stop while shopping in Chicago. My friend and I enjoyed picking out unique pieces of jewelry. The man working at the register didn't welcome us in or address us at all. This is why I gave four stars instead of five. I have a rule that if there is no hi I do not buy. So unfortunately even though we loved a lot of pieces not jewelry I did not buy anything due to the lack of any customer service. I was visiting town for a few days and stopped by the store several times. Each purchase was wrapped in a decorative bag and will make great presents. Lovely items!
