I had a wonderful experience at Najm Jewelry Store. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very nice and polite. They offer beautiful jewelry at pretty affordable prices. I definitely recommend this store to others looking for quality and great service.
I recently visited Najm Jewelry Store and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was alarmingly poor. The staff were not only rude but also showed a complete lack of respect towards customers. It was disheartening to witness one employee speaking harshly to a customer right in front of others, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
