I was so surprised and amazed by my experiences with Thomas Najar. I had never had Shamanic healing, but went to see him at the encouragement of a friend, who thought this work was special and beautiful. I was really just exploring when I went in. Just curious what it was about, I didn't feel that I had anything in particular to work on. I was just expecting an interesting and spiritually informative experience. What I got was so much more. Tom's treatments are so relaxing, so far I've fallen asleep each time. On top of that, his technique is gentle and pain-free. Areas of tension or discomfort melt away right there on the table in a matter of minutes.

I like going to Thomas because he can do acupuncture without the puncture! (It's a Japanese technique.) He checks frequently whether the work is effective and modifies it if it isn't. He can do other techniques as well, but that's my favorite so far! He's a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend getting a session with Thomas!

Thomas helped me with back pain that several other acupuncturists were unsuccessful with. He's the best!
