She wouldnt take my insomnia seriously. She told me shes the doctor and does what she wants. She threatened me and gave me a strike on her stupid point system. She is rude and only became a doctor to get rich. She even had the nerve to ask me if i own any guns. How pathetic
It took a couple of months of me leaving messages to even get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment for the first time. Then, no one informed me how the video call would work and I had to leave multiple messages via phone and email before someone finally called me, 10 min before the appointment, took my payment and told me the doctor would text me. 12 minutes past my appointment, the woman calls me back and says, oh the doc hasn't sent you a text yet? She was the doc on call and it took three hours to call me back. She was clearly very inconvenienced about having been called. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she was very short and I'm nearly positive she hung up on us.
very helpful staff and psychiatrist. I feel so lucky I found her and that she accepts insurance!
